The trend sports Stand Up Paddle (SUP) is mostly known for it's combination of pleasant sport for your whole body and sightseeing along the coast. At Stand Up Paddling, you stand on a surfboard and paddle - it's simple as that! You can glide over the crystal-clear water in the bay of Sant Elm and discover the beautiful coastline with views to the island of Dragonera. Stand Up Paddling is also suitable for children from 10 years and it's very easy to learn.

At this 2 hours SUP course in Majorca, you'll learn in a small group (maximum 6 participants) the right handling of the Stand Up Paddle. The Stand Up Paddling course takes place at the beach of Sant Elm, after a short theoretical introduction, you immediately go on the water for practising. Finally, we're going to discover the lovely bay of Sant Elm during a joint trip with the whole group.

Exploring mallorca on a 2 hours long Stand Up Paddling course

Stand Up Paddling is the new trend sport on Mallorca. It is very popular because you can train your whole body and enjoy the sun and the sea at the same time. When doing Stand Up Paddling, you slide upright on the SUP board over the water and move along with a paddle. Unlike conventional surfing, you are not dependent on waves, as you can also paddle in shallow and quiet waters and can steer by the paddle.

During the two-hour Stand Up Paddling course in Sant Elm you learn the basic skills of SUP. A trained guide will explain you the basics of weather, materials and safety, before trying out practical exercises in the water. You learn the most efficient paddle technique, how to stand upright on the board, how to steer and to stop. But Stand Up Paddling is quite easy and in a short time you will be able to paddle over the water. After the small SUP excursion you will explore the charming coastal section of Sant Elm. Discover for example the nature reserve, the island Dragonera, or relax on a secluded bay. For sure, you will spend a great day on the water and enjoy the Mediterranean sea to the fullest

Conditions

Valid on the reserved day or for 12 months after date of purchase if no date has been selected. You will receive the tour operator's details with the purchased ticket. I am also thrilled.

I felt similar to Emma. In the course I learned that SUP in Hawaii has been used as a form of transportation for hundreds of years. I think it's great now.
