Detailed description

"The Borgia" catamaran cruise off Gandia: 1-hour sailing tour in history

The old noble family of the "Borgia" belongs inseparably to the history of Valencia. Around 1500 this family came to power, wealth and regional influence. They even provided two popes in the course of the family's history. Follow in the footsteps of the Borgia on this little one-hour catamaran tour off Gandia, the former home of this powerful family. On the big sailing ship during a 1 hour catamaran tour you can feel like the Borgia on big barges when you travelled the sea.

The bay between the lighthouse of Cullera, which is still in excellent condition today and whose architecture is a magnificent sight, and the Cape of San Antonio forms a very quiet, shallow sea area for excursions. The cape is a very impressive limestone promontory that rises from the waves of the Mediterranean Sea with cliffs up to 162m high and almost vertical. The catamaran tour from Gandia aboard the spacious catamaran Estrella Fugaz is a unique opportunity to get to know this sight as well.
