The coastering adventure in Gran Canaria follows a sea-based route with the best views of the cliffs of Mogán. A circuit where the sea and the mountains alternate and where you can try techniques such as via ferrata, hanging bridges, water jumps, snorkelling, swimming and even abseiling. All activities are optional, none of them have to be: there is always the option of walking or swimming. No previous experience is required, just a little fitness and swimming skills. During the tour you will walk and climb over the white cliffs of the Mogán coast with its calm and crystal clear waters. The meeting point for the coasteering is the car park of Medio Almud. From there we start a 20-minute hike directly to the sea, where we equip ourselves with climbing harness, helmet, wetsuit and life jacket. From here we start the aquatic part, an off-road adventure. We recommend that you bring as little as possible; swimwear, hiking or sports shoes and water to drink are sufficient.

Gran Canaria: Coasteering Tour along the coast of Mogán

If you want to try something new, coasteering in Gran Canaria is definitely the right thing to do. A sensational tour where you can do everything you might have dreamed of: climbing, abseiling, jumping from the rocks into the water, swimming, snorkelling. An adventure that keeps your holiday varied and is an entertaining way to get acquainted with the island. No previous experience is required for the coasteering tour, which starts in Las Palmas and leads south to Mogán. The only requirement: swimming ability, good physical condition and no fear of heights. You will receive the right equipment including life jacket and wetsuit as well as a briefing in advance. A careful guide will take you across the cliffs.

The base for our coasteering adventure in Gran Canaria is situated at the Beach Medio Almud. One of the best places to hang along cliffs and jump into the water in between. The route along the cliffs is well prepared and we will take on the little challenges. We start with a sideways climb over the cliff and after a few steps we will have reached the first jumping spots. Those who have never experienced coasteering will feel the adrenaline here at the latest. One of the most beautiful cliffs on this coasteering route in Mogán can only be reached via a chain bridge, and we will abseil a good 20 metres here to overcome these cliffs - if that isn't adventure.

We will need about 4 hours for the entire route with a maximum of 8 participants. In between there will be opportunities to snorkel and swim. We have to do a short hike of about 25 minutes to reach the starting point of this coasteering tour, the way back to the car park will be a bit shorter. The coasteering tour ends back at the starting point.
