Detailed description

Guided Quad Bike Tour through the North of Crete from Sissi

The adventure begins just behind Sissi, when we reach the first off-road sections of this quad bike tour in the north of Crete. Besides the landscape, we will first and foremost devote ourselves to the fun of driving. The small "off-road vehicle" is the right vehicle to get around in the remote mountainous region. On this quad tour you will get to know corners of the island that are not usually in the travel guide. The route of about 80 kilometres is unique and entertaining. We have planned 4 stops to experience the country and its people, to visit a renowned cave and to look at an old monastery.
Even if it's your first time quad biking in Crete, you can feel safe with us. Each of our tours starts with a short driving training and safety briefing for all participants. Our group size is a maximum of 19 people, so our guides can really cater to each person and make sure you're okay along the way. A good start to our day is a visiting Milatos Cave. With helmets and torches, we are equipped for this little expedition. The cave has several entrances and in one of the main chambers there is a small church.

We stick to religious places and visit the lonely monastery of Xera Xyla in the province of Mirabello. Besides the churches and chapels, the culture of Crete includes above all the olives and the high-quality olive oil. We can see how it is produced in the olive oil factory in Neapoli. The friendly town welcomes us with interesting architecture and green slopes. If you want to buy local products, the market of Neapoli is a real recommendation. For swimming and lunch together, we continue a few more kilometres on the quads and stop in Milatos beach- also the last stop of this Crete Quad Bike Tour.
