Option 1: Scuba Diving for begginers in Elba

In about 2 hours you will learn the safe handling of diving equipment, the basics of scuba diving and the safety rules for bathing in the depths. Your diving baptism is PADI certified and can be credited towards a future diving certificate if you enjoy it and feel good in your hobby. What is unique about Elba is that you can already visit a real wreck during your introductory dive!

Option 2: Diving for experienced divers in Elba (with certificate)

You don't need to be an expert to participate in this advanced dive off Elba. It is enough to complete the PADI Open Water Course for a sound basic knowledge and first real experiences. This is a one hour fun dive to the Elviscott Wreck on Elba. The wreck is about 40 m tall and in shallow water (max. depth 12 m).

From beginner to pro: Diving in front of Elba's beach Pomonte to Elviscot

The enchantingly beautiful Italian Mediterranean island of Elba in Tuscany is a paradisical holiday destination. Stroll through dreamy little coastal towns, hike through dense forests or on spacious beaches. But even this small island offers many attractive excursions on and into the sea. Besides swimming, kayaking and snorkeling there is also the full diving program. Whether you are a beginner's dive on Elba or a certified diver off Pomonte to the Elviscot wreck, Open Water Diving off Elba is an exciting adventure for all levels of divers.

Get to know the use of the diving equipment, which is included, in the 2-hour trial course. Practice how easy it is to breathe underwater and find your way around. What is unique here is that you can already see a shipwreck on your first dive, namely the Elviscot. Lose your fear of the deep and immerse yourself in a world of weightlessness and fun. If you are already familiar with the adventurous lifestyle of diving, you will be guided on a loose line on this tour, while the experienced diving instructor will pay special attention to beginners.

Off the Elba coast of Pomonte you combine your first diving experience with a rare experience, because the wreck of the Elviscot with a size of about 40 meters is located at a depth of only 12 meters, which can be easily recognized in the crystal clear water and can also be reached by beginners. All courses are PADI certified and therefore qualify for diving courses. The respective diving trips before Elba in Italy last about 1-2 hours.

Elba taster diving: Starting a new hobby...

I had no idea about diving - only a deep fascination. So this taster course came just at the right time. It's great that you can dive for a historical shipwreck here as a beginner. That made it even more fascinating.
