Eco-friendly Gozo Tour with Guide

Booking option: Guided E-Jeep Safari in Gozo & Transfer from Malta

This jeep tour in Gozo is 100% electric and a substantial tour of the island. See the most beautiful of Gozo guided by a professional host. After hotel transfer and ferry crossing, you will be welcomed at the harbour and get to know the tiny, nimble e-jeeps with which we cruise around the island for a good 6 hours. We have stops worth seeing and authentic places off the tourist routes in our programme and, above all, a local guide who will quickly make you feel at home on the island. Via St. John Church and the Sanap Cliffs (not accessible by public transport), we head along the coast to Xlendi Beach, stop at Dwejra Bay, and see the famous basilica in Gharb, Ta' Pinu. We return to Mgaar by way of the east side, enjoying a light Gozo-style lunch in between, as well as a visit to the historic salt pans and Calypso Cave. If we can make the return journey by private boat, we plan to stop at the Blue Lagoon of Comino (otherwise return by ferry).

Detailed description

Green Jeep Tour in Gozo (with transfer & crossing from Malta)

You get a big, beautiful slice of Gozo while having a very small footprint on this jeep safari. We have established the first eco-jeep tour in Gozo - 100% electric, 100% Gozo. We have designed the safari for those who enjoy the journey as much as finishing later. This is what our adventure route is all about, allowing you to experience all facets of the island - the exciting coastal paths and fabulous cliffs as well as the quiet places between small villages and lonely churches. We use the 7-hour jeep tour to drive around the island once. Enjoy a delicious authentic lunch in between and quench your thirst for the unknown.

Each of our eJeeps can carry 4 passengers. On your side is also a guide, who will share his stories along the way. You'll get to feel a lot of the island love that the locals of the Maltese archipelago have in common. And you will see a lot. Gozo may be smaller and seem more inconspicuous than Malta - if you look closely, you will discover the numerous beauties of this island landscape. Whether it is St. John's Church in Xewkija with its impressive dome or the breathtaking Sanap Cliffs, which mark one of Gozo's highest points and give us a view of Malta and Comino in the distance. Also unparalleled is the Gozo Citadel, which is practically in the heart of the island.

Our Gozo e-jeep tour includes this wonderful sightseeing as well as a light lunch and a swim stop at the Blue Lagoon off Comino (weather permitting a private boat crossing). For guests from Malta, this safari is delightfully uncomplicated. We will pick you up at your hotel with our minibus and bring you back there after the jeep tour.

Holiday fun & consideration for the environment

Making the island unsafe with the e-car. I had fun and a clear conscience. The jeep was well maintained and clean. The guide was friendly and competent. My full recommendation.

Meine volle Empfehlung.
