Personal Trainer for Rehab Sports, Sports for Seniors and Fitness in Fuerteventura

Take some time during your holidays to treat your body with a pleasant fitness class in Fuerteventura. The certified, experienced personal fitness trainer completely adapts the lesson to your individual wishes and needs. All body zones can be trained with different training methods. Mostly, a correct fitness training with your own body weight is enough to gently form and strengthen your body. Further training equipment is of course available in the comfortable training room in Villaverde. You can train for example your endurance and strength or your flexibility at an individual rehab sports class. We'll train as much as possible outside, because at the fresh air outdoors, training is twice as good!

Conditions

Valid on the reserved day or for 12 months after date of purchase if no date has been selected. You will receive the tour operator's details with the purchased ticket. Attention: reservation is required! The reservation can be made through sunbonoo as part of the booking process or later by contacting the tour operator directly via phone or email.

Not for wimps and loafers

For many, not a good combination: vacation and fitness. But once you have overcome your inner bastard, the vacation is actually the best time to do something for the body. Side effect: I enjoyed a lot of the local delicacies and still lost 3 kg during the 5-day group course.

Nicht für Weicheier und Faulenzer

Für viele ja keine gute Kombi: Urlaub und Fitness. Wenn man aber mal seinen inneren Schweinehund überwunden hat, ist der Urlaub eigentlich die beste Zeit etwas für den Körper zu tun. Nebeneffekt: Habe viel von den einheimischen Leckerbissen genossen und trotzdem 3 Kg während des 5-Tage-Gruppenkurs abgenommen.
