Booking option: Kayak tour & snorkelling from Playa Mogán

We will start our Gran Canaria kayak tour in probably the most beautiful village in the south, Playa Mogán. From this quiet beach we paddle along the impressive white cliffs and learn more about the geology of the island. When the waves carry us safely, we kayak into the interior of a volcanic cave. For the adventurous, there is the possibility to jump from the cliffs into the sea. Eventually we reach another stretch of beach with access to some caves where we can take photos. Depending of the sea state, we take time for snorkelling on the way back (equipment included).

Detailed description

Kayaking & Snorkelling at the Cliffs of Playa Mogán

The Atlantic can be rough, but when it lets us out on the water, this kayak tour in Gran Canaria gives us the greatest pleasure. The route could hardly be more beautiful and exciting. With Playa Mogán, we start our kayak route on a quiet beach, which will lead us to the spectacular caves between the cliffs. Paddling can be learned quickly even by beginners, and if you are feeling unsure, our professional guide will be there to help. So you don't need any previous experience for this kayak tour in the southwest. Life jackets are provided as well as diving goggles and snorkels for our swim stop. If the swell allows, we will explore the seabed in a calm bay. And there's another activity to do while kayaking around Mogán: cliff jumping. If you are looking for adventure, you can find it during this kayak tour along the white cliffs.

The sea caves of Mogán make this kayak tour in the southwest of Gran Canaria a particularly attractive destination. Few of these caves are accessible from the land side - by kayak we can go right in and certainly take some spectacular photos. We paddle in a small group along the coast and will find quiet bays that will be our resting place for a moment. Paddling the Atlantic is without question refreshing and can also challenge us. It is the kind of adventure that introduces us to the forces and beauty of nature. The kayak tour ends after about 3 hours at the starting point.
