Thanks to the company of an experienced guide, you don't have to worry about taking the right turn, but can concentrate fully on the fascinating surroundings. There are also numerous routes for beginners that are easy to master. We present some of the most beautiful guided hikes on Mallorca.

Easy, guided hikes on Mallorca

  • Hike on the GR221 from Calvia to Galilea: This easy hike in the south-west of the island rewards you with wonderful panoramic views of the surrounding area and is also easy for beginners with a normal level of fitness. If you want, you can climb a peak in around 20 minutes and enjoy the wonderful views, or rest and relax during the hike.

  • Coastal hike around Cala Mondragó: This very easy, guided hike on Mallorca takes you almost at ground level along the fantastically beautiful coastline to a total of seven bays on the south-east coast. In summer, this hike is particularly attractive for children, as you can stop for a swim in between. The picturesque fishing village of Cala Figuera is also visited.

Medium-difficulty, guided hikes on Mallorca

  • The classic hike to Puig d'Alaró: One of the most impressive hikes you should have done is the ascent to Puig d'Alaró. The table mountain in the centre of the island, which offers a wonderful panoramic view of Palma, the north coast and the Serra de Tramuntana due to its ideal location, is also home to the castle ruins of Castell d'Alaró, whose origins can be traced back to the Bronze Age.

  • Panoramic hike in the north to Talaia de la Victora: The ascent to Talaia de la Victoria in the north of Mallorca gives you an incredible view over the entire north coast. The moderately difficult, guided hike on Mallorca also has two other advantages: you pass the Ermita de la Victoria on the way back and can swim in the turquoise blue sea at the end of the hike.

  • Coastal hike around Deiá: If you want to experience the full splendour of the Serra de Tramuntana and the steep cliffs along the coast, you will enjoy the coastal hike around Deià as far as Lluc Alcari. The charm of the quaint west coast villages, also known as artists' villages, and the wild and romantic coastline are absolutely worth seeing.

Difficult, guided hikes on Mallorca

  • The Torrent de Pareis hike: The crowning glory of the guided hikes on Mallorca is the descent through the dried-up Torrent de Pareis, which flows into the bay of Sa Calobra. This hike is only suitable for experienced hikers in very good physical condition. Enjoy incredible views, climb over metre-high boulders and explore caves in the stream bed. Please note: There is no mobile phone reception in the Torrent de Pareis, the route is often underestimated and is therefore particularly recommended as a guided hike on Mallorca!

  • The Coll Baix hike from the Ermita de la Victoria: The tour to the impressive Coll Baix natural beach with turquoise-blue water at the tip of the Victoria peninsula is a long and challenging hike. It starts with a steep climb to enjoy a fantastic panoramic view and then descends to the beach nestled in the mountains. The way back involves another steady climb back to the hermitage. Ideal for spring!
