View Lisbon from a different perspective and take one of the 3 main routes of the City Sightseeing Bus. Climb either the blue line, de purple one or the red line, all starting at the Marques de Pombal.

The bus tour in the red double-decker bus is very flexible, because it allows you to get on and off at any of the 40 bus stops. Explore Lisbon from the very top of the open bus roof and capture a lot of culture.

The blue line is well suited if you want to experience the lively life on the streets of Lisbon. Get off at the 2nd stop to get to the Principe Real quarter with its beautiful old buildings. Don't miss the 3rd stop, Barrio Alto, a very lively area where you can get the best coffee. If you want to see something else, get off at the 9th stop and visit the Water Museum, the only museum in Lisbon to receive the Council of Europe Museum Prize. Another great museum is the National Azulejo Museum with its decorative ceramic tiles from the 15th century.

If you choose the red line, you will learn more about the history of Lisbon. You will visit the Calouste Gulbenkian Museum at the 4th stop, named after a man known for his extensive art collection. The Eduardo VII Park at the 6th stop, one of the most beautiful parks in Lisbon, is also highly recommended. If you like old cars, then you should visit the National Car Museum at the 16th stop to admire one of the world's finest collections of old cars.
