On the West route: crossing from Ibiza to Formentera

If you would like to combine a ferry trip with a leisurely boat trip to Formentera, the Aquabus Ibiza expedition is just the thing for you. This crossing is not only about speed, but about the experience and beautiful views. The day trip to Formentera starts in the morning at the port of San Antonio. A part of the maritime sightseeing tour Ibiza - Formentera is the entertaining bays hopping on the west coast. The water taxi will initially depart from a number of attractively located berths so that passengers can arrive on board from several starting points. The Ibiza-Formentera ferry then sets course for the neighbouring island on a route worth seeing.

On the way you will tour the sublime island of Es Vedra by boat. The uninhabited island lies just two kilometres from Ibiza and rises majestically out of the sea with its almost 400-metre-high peaks. It is not proven, but this small place in the sea is also said to be almost as magnetic as the Bermuda Triangle. The Ibiza ferry crosses the magical Es Vedra via the north and west side. A short time later, the panorama of Ibiza's southern loop with the cape of Llentrisca awaits you. It is one of the remotest and most peaceful, but also one of the most scenic regions in Ibiza. The ferry crossing from Ibiza to Formentera takes about three and a half hours on the west route.
