Jetsurfing in Fuerteventura starts in Corralejo in the north of the Canary Island. You have a choice, either you choose the Mertek surfboard, which is ideal for beginners. It is easy to use and will help you get started in jetsurfing. Or you choose the Carver X. This surfboard is the more sporty version and you will reach a higher speed than with the Mertek. Perfect for experienced windsurfers! They are both equipped with an electric propulsion system, so you don't need wind or waves to surf the sea. A Bluetooth remote control lets you control the speed while surfing.

The bay of Corralejo offers the perfect setting for e-surfing in Fuerteventura. You will find yourself in a dreamlike setting with turquoise, crystal clear water. From here you have a fantastic view of the dunes and the volcanic chains of the north. And in the distance you can see the small island of Lobos. With this breathtakingly beautiful panorama, this adventurous water sport is especially fun.

Jetsurfing in Fuerteventura starts with a safety briefing and you will receive all relevant information on how to use the surfboards correctly. The jetsurf guide will instruct you in detail and tell you what you have to watch out for in the water. All the equipment you need for jetsurfing in Corralejo is of course at your disposal. Once you are familiar with the handling, transport the boards together with the guide to the beach, which is about 100 m away.

Now the real jetsurfing in Fuerteventura starts and you will stay on the water for either approx. 25 (Mertek) or approx. 50 minutes (Carver X) depending on the board you choose. While you are speeding across the water, pictures are taken of you (optional). If you find it a little difficult to stand on the board at the beginning, you can also start lying, sitting or kneeling. Ideally, you should adopt the same posture as when you are windsurfing.
