Booking option: Guided Buggy Tour to the north of Lanzarote

A nice side trip to the north of the island: the buggy tour starts in Costa Teguise, straight to Guatiza, where we will drive through the old quarries. Second stop is the salt flats of Los Cocoteros. We continue through the cactus fields to Mala and finally to the same named reservoir, the only one of its kind on Lanzarote. Afterwards, the buggies will take you up to the highest point of the island, Peñas del Chache. After descending through the Teguise area, we can take out a motocross track and finally pass the Mojón quarry before returning to Costa Teguise. The stops are identical for the 2 or 3 hour buggy tour. The northern route is a wonderful mix of dusty stretches and very interesting corners of the island.

Lanzarote Buggy Tour from Costa Teguise with Pick-up in the South

There is a lot to discover all over this wonderful island and if you want to see the wild north, follow us on the Buggy Tour from Costa Tequise. This unique route is full of surprises and beautiful experiences. With passages that are made for the agile off-road buggies. Have you ever driven through an old quarry? Or have you seen the only reservoir on Lanzarote? We have chosen the route for our North Buggy Tour so that there is something of everything: landscapes, history, adventure.

The Buggy Tour in Lanzarote is a small group experience, perfect for friends or family. A maximum of 5 buggies start the tour with the guide. The most exciting stops include the old quarry of Guatiza and the cactus gardens that were created to breed the Conchenille scale insects. Passing the dam of Mala, we let the buggies roll up to the highest point of the island - Peñas del Chache. A small motocross track near Mojón is another highlight at the end of the tour. On this section, we can give the buggies a run for their money before we head back to Costa Teguise.

At this point we would just like to mention: it can get very dusty on this buggy tour through the north of Lanzarote. In addition to closed shoes and a cloth for the face, we also recommend sporty clothing that you can see the adventure of a buggy safari. We will provide you with a helmet and protection glasses.
