We start the route in Port d'Andratx, one of the most spectacular natural harbours on the island, where we can still see fishing and charming places like the Saluet. This route is part of the GR221 and includes the entire coastline. We will go to Monport, from where we will climb towards Cala Egos and Pas Vermell. A route with spectacular views of the Andritxola coastline. We reach Pas Vermell, from where we can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the island of Dragonera. We continue our descent towards Cala Conills, among pine trees, olive trees, bushes and palm trees, typical of Mediterranean vegetation. When we arrive at Cala Conills, we will enjoy the magical moment of the sunset, accompanied by a snack that will highlight this special moment of warm and relaxing colours, all surrounded by mountains and nature. Finally, from Cala Conills we will go to Des Geperut beach in Sant Elm, an old fishing village where you can feel a very quiet and family atmosphere. In Sant Elm, our transfer awaits us to the starting point, Port d'Andratx.

Panorama hike on Majorca from Port Andratx via Pas Vermell to Sant Elm

The harmony of sea and mountains, which can be admired in Majorca, inspires like in hardly any other place. This impressive Mediterranean natural spectacle can be experienced especially during hikes on Majorca. Don't be surprised to meet mountain goats, sheep and donkeys or to discover rare birds and plants. Often the hike leads through untouched nature and you rarely meet people or settlements. Perhaps this is the reason why hiking in Mallorca is becoming more and more popular.

On this easy to medium hike on Mallorca from Port Andratx via Pas Vermell to Sant Elm you will climb about 320 metres and double the ascent on the descent to Sant Elm. For the small efforts you will be rewarded on this hiking trail along Mallorca's coast with the fabulous landscape you will experience on this route.

The hike to Pas Vermell starts in Port d'Andratx, the luxurious marina of Mallorca, and leads along asphalt paths, wide forest paths and also stony paths through a light pine forest into the mountains. At medium altitude you can expect an impressive view of the idyllic harbour of Andratx. With wonderful views of the sea, the Tramuntana mountains and the romantic villages of S'Arracó and Andratx we reach Pas Vermell. From here we have a spectacular view of the former pirate island Dragonera and our destination Sant Elm. Enjoy this atmosphere during a break. The way down to Sant Elm leads through pine forests and later again along the coast with a view of the azure blue sea.

At the end of this Majorca hike, Sant Elm is a small, former fishing village, which is situated away from mass tourism and offers the possibility to swim afterwards or to stop for a bite to eat. The way back from Sant Elm to Port Andratx is by taxi (included in the price).
