Welcome to Spanish cuisine: we greet you with a small snack and take a deep dive into the flavours of the Mediterranean culture together. We put on our aprons and begin our culinary journey. 5 classics of spanish cuisine are on our to-do list. Recipes as we know them from our mothers and grandmothers - delicious, simple, local. We start with a welcome appetizer, followed by the Mallorcan sausage dish sobrassada, an authentic tortilla and finally the traditional paella. For dessert, we'll prepare crema catalan. The cooking class in Palma will be informal and a team effort. When everything is prepared, we look forward to eating together at the table of mediterranean cuisine (wine included).

Tradition and pleasure: Cooking course in Mallorca with paella & tapas

One reason for the great number of holidaymakers who feel so at home in Mallorca and elsewhere in the country is the spanish cuisine. And how most would love to simply pack all the specialities so they can enjoy them at home. We give you a little bit of our cooking class in Palma and are happy to initiate you into the local cuisine. We all cook the way we learned from our mothers and grandmothers - so you can look forward to traditional recipes and the classic preparation of, say, a paella or a tortilla. Our chef and paella expert will make sure you feel at home in the show kitchen.

The preparation of the Spanish dishes will be explained step by step and you will help out. The cooking course in Palma follows the typical spanish spirit, i.e. "tranquilo" slowly and without stress - leave that at home on your holiday! You should experience the Mallorca cooking course with all your senses. Wonderful flavours, scents and colours await you! In between, typical island tapas are served, because you shouldn't cook with a growling stomach. A cool beer or a refreshing drink will cool you down on hot days and create a relaxed atmosphere during the paella & tapas workshop.

You can always recreate the dishes at home and remember the cooking course on Mallorca for a long time to come. 5 dishes will emerge from the Palma cooking course and we look forward to enjoying the menu together at the Mediterranean table. All drinks during the cooking course are included and of course we will serve a good Mallorcan wine with the meal. Buen provecho!
