Detailed description

Diving with sharks in the Palma Aquarium

Diving with sharks on Mallorca in the Gran Azul, the deepest shark aquarium in Europe. With its 33 meters length, 25 meters width and 8.5 meters depth, the Gran Azul is the deepest shark aquarium in Europe. It holds 3.5 million litres of salt water. Here you will find many different sharks, from four different species (sand tiger shark, sandbank shark, black tip reef shark and guitar shark). More than 1,000 animals and an incredibly real scenery will enchant you. You will feel as if you are in the real sea.

This dive is aimed at experienced divers who already have a diving license and can show this together with picture and diver logbook. A responsible handling with the equipment and also with the sea dwellers goes without saying. The instructions of the professional diving instructor on site must be followed. This discipline is rewarded by an unforgettable, approx. 2-hour dive, during which you can swim very closely with the sharks and visit the more than 1000 other fish in the tank while diving with sharks in the Palma Aquarium.

If you have always had the idea of getting to know the marine life a little better while diving in the wild, you have the right opportunity here. When diving with sharks in the Palma Aquarium, all safety precautions are taken to enable the encounter with sharks so close. These awesome yet majestic animals glide threateningly yet peacefully through the water. You will never forget these pictures, and when you report about this experience at home, you will be listened to with excitement!

Good

Since I am a passionate diver and I am therefore well versed, all the safety instructions have the instructor a little annoyed, but the shark diving was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for those who are looking for adrenaline rush!

Gut
