Booking option: By private boat from Chania to the beaches of the Akrotiri Peninsula

Depart from the old port of Chania on a private boat with skipper for a 6 hour boat trip around the Akrotiri Peninsula. In eastern direction we cruise first to Macherida (Maherida). We spend 1 hour in the enchanting bay for swimming and snorkelling. From Macherida we sail around the northern tip of the peninsula, where we anchor on the beach of Katholiko. From there we continue along the eastern side of Akrotiri until we reach the imposing rocks of Saitan, and with them the beach hidden between the towering rocks. This small paradise of white pebble beach and turquoise water is also called Satan's harbour. Our stay here lasts between 2 and 3 hours, after which we return to Chania. On board of our rigid inflatable boat (RIB) you will be provided with drinks and snacks.

Beach-Tour Akrotiri from Chania: Discover Crete's beaches as part of a private boat tour

Crete's second largest city, Chania, is surrounded by some dream beaches, which are best reached by boat. Also the small jewels of the peninsula Akrotiri, which is located east of Chania, where families and friends can go on a private boat trip of about 6 hours. With a comfortable inflatable boat (RIB) we start in the old harbour of Chania in eastern direction and plan 3 longer anchor stops at unusual, beautiful beaches

The itinerary continues to Saitan Limani Beach - also known as Satan's Harbour, which is located on the east side of the Akrotiri Cape. The Seitan-Chania boat tour is accompanied by an experienced skipper. Snacks and drinks are included on this Crete boat trip. And best of all, you rent the boat in Chania only for your group. There is a small boat for up to 5 people and a larger one for up to 10 people

After leaving Chania we will reach the beach Maherida (also Macherida) after a short drive. Clear and deep water in front of a white beach backdrop - the perfect place for a snorkel stop. After about an hour the journey continues and we circle the northern end of the cape until we reach the beach of katholiko. Also this sight is too beautiful not to stop. We gladly accept this invitation

The stopover is followed by the highlight of this private beach boat trip: Seitan Limani. A wild landscape of stone, water and sand. Already the entrance through the small channel is spectacular. At the end we find a white pebble beach with turquoise water and stretch our heads into this little paradise with the towering rocks. For 2 to 3 hours we let the anchor rest here and explore the wild and romantic Seitan Bay.
