Option 1: Rafting in Torrent Lima in Tuscany
The bubbling torrent Lima awaits you with its breathtaking rapids, whirlpools and provides a lot of fun during rafting in Tuscany. After initial training and complete safety equipment, the professional guide will guide you through the enchanting landscape of the Val di Lima between old mills and bizarre rocks along the gorge created by the Lima. Dives and small swims are also included in the rafting adventure of Tuscany.

Option 2: River trekking near Cocciglia in Tuscany
The river trekking near Cocciglia takes place in summer, when the Lima Creek is almost dry and therefore a river trekking experience is possible in the upper part. The participants have to explore, hike, swim and climb the streambed in the middle of untouched and charming nature - between huge rocks and crystal clear water basin. The last part of the trail is a spectacular canyon that has been dug by water for thousands of years. On the way there are many drop-off points, even from a height of 8 metres, which can give your adventure an extra kick.

One of the most beautiful places in Italy is without doubt Tuscany. Rafting and river trekking are also exciting and adventurous sports. These two things together make for an unforgettable combination! Follow the experienced and professional guides into the gorges of Torrent Lima or Cocciglia and climb, swim and paddle through the breathtaking landscape with many impressions to the forces of nature. The sporting challenge is set high, but all the more fulfilling if it is successfully completed in the end!
Rafting and river trekking in Tuscany in Torrent Lima follow the river Lima through an exciting white water course. With all the safety equipment on board and after a briefing by an expert guide, a trip in a rubber dinghy will begin, of which you will tell a long story. Descend through rocky, overhanging shores full of wild plants and untouched nature, but also through quieter spots as the river flows through milder areas. Rafting is a work as a team in a boat and therefore a great reward for your team or colleagues.
Besides rafting, river trekking in Tuscany near Cocciglia is a majestic experience. In this sport, also known as river rafting, you don't follow the water on the shore, but right in the middle of it! In this case, however, it means walking through white limestone in a fairytale blue river, under the shady roof of trees and climbing plants. This mythical atmosphere is an experience with a goose bump effect and will certainly distract you from the hardships of the hike.
