The starting point of our glass-bottom boat tour is the picturesque bay of Roses. From here, you will glide leisurely on board the catamaran through the Cap de Creus nature park and be enchanted by the impressive coastal landscape. Passing Punta Falconera, you will literally dive down: in good weather, you will have a fascinating view of the seabed of Cala Murtra through the catamaran's glass windows. Finally, we reach Cap Norfeu, where a very special rock awaits us: "La Cat". As the name suggests, its shape is reminiscent of a resting cat - a perfect photo opportunity! Weather permitting, you can visit the mystical cave of Tamariu before finally reaching the idyllic Cala Jóncols. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of nature to the full. In the summer months, we combine the 2.5-hour excursion with a swim stop in a hidden cove (40 minutes).

From Roses: Excursion by glass-bottom boat to Cap Norfeu

The glass-bottom boat tour takes you from Roses to the beautiful Cap Norfeu and some of the most beautiful bays on the enchanting coast of Catalonia. The Costa Brava is a very special holiday destination in Spain and boat tours are a wonderful way to discover the wild beauty of this region from the water. From Roses, the comfortable catamaran with underwater views heads north. After the first few nautical miles, the marvellous coastline with Playa de Petites or Cala Murtra spreads out before our eyes.

Cape Norfeu is a special feature of the Cap de Creus peninsula. It forms the south-easternmost point and is one of the most beautiful and, with its cliffs and caves, also one of the wildest stretches of coastline in Catalonia. At the same time, this habitat is largely unspoilt and is home to an enormous variety of species. From here, it is not far to Cala Jóncols, which marks the turning point of our boat trip.

The catamaran not only offers water slides for refreshing dives into the sea, but also unique underwater observation areas. Here you can literally immerse yourself in the magical underwater world and, if the sea is favourable, marvel at fish, perhaps even starfish and other colourful sea creatures without getting wet. If you still want to cool off, book a tour in high season with a swim stop at a secret turquoise bay, where you can snorkel for 40 minutes or simply enjoy the beauty of nature. And just when you think you've seen it all, the captain announces the secret cave - a place that radiates pure magic with its shimmering blue water and mystical echo.
