A breathtaking coastal landscape awaits you in Liguria. From Sanremo we head for the border region between Italy and France. The sea is turquoise blue and the winds blow so gently even in summer that you can enjoy a day or sunset trip under sail. Relax while boating and discover the Riviera of Flowers from the sea. Either on an extensive day trip from Imperia to Menton or on an enchanting evening trip with music and food at sunset. With a little luck, you may be accompanied by whales or dolphins that are at home off the Ligurian coast. Both tours include Ligurian specialities as well as wine and an experienced skipper!

Option 1: Sailing boat day trip from Sanremo

Daytrip on a sailing boat along the coast of Sanremo. During the boat trip you will enjoy the experience of travelling with the wind and the view of the Italian Riviera. The boat anchors in a beautiful bay and you can swim or stand up on the crystal clear water (included). Lunch is prepared and served on board the ship from regional products. With a bit of luck you may see dolphins on the sailboat or just a few kilometres off the coast of the Riviera of Flowers. The sailing trip lasts 7 hours and ends back in Sanremo.

Option 2: Sunset tour by sailboat from Sanremo

The "City of Flowers" in the evening light - a unique experience. You will sail along the coast of Sanremo near Bordighera and hear stories about the history and culture of the Ligurian coast. Enjoy the sunset with music either in the bay "Giunchetto" or in the bay of "Three Bridges". The skipper decides this on the basis of the wind and weather conditions. Ligurian starters and good wines are served for the play of colours between sky and sea. If it is possible on the way back, the impressive bow sail is opened.

Option 3: Sailboat charter from Sanremo - Exclusive day cruise

You rent a wonderful sailing boat for up to 14 people and skipper in Sanremo for an exclusive day trip in a private circle and set sail at 10:00 am in Portosole harbour. The first stop for anchoring is in the bay of "Bussana" or at "Giunchetto", where an aperitif with Ligurian "Focaccia" and "Sardenaira" with sparkling wine is served. Until lunch (included in the price) you sail on to another bay. For lunch we serve pasta with a sauce of typical local products, sweets, coffee, water and champagne. During the sailing trip you have the possibility to swim or paddle. The itinerary can be adjusted according to weather and sea conditions. If there is no wind, the boat goes motorized through the bay of Balzi Rossi, to Menton or Monaco.

" Your" sailboat for this trip is the Nababbo - it is 19.71 meters long and was built especially for regattas. She won some of them. Later the boat was redesigned so that today it offers the necessary comfort of a stylish and sporty cruise ship.

Option 4: Sailboat charter from Sanremo - Exclusive sunset cruise

With the engine power the sailboat leaves the harbour around 06:00 pm and starts to your exclusive sunset tour with up to 14 persons and skipper along the coast of Sanremo. On this boat trip you will learn about the historical and cultural heritage of the region. You can take the last bath of the day in the bay of the "3 bridges" or in front of Bussana and enjoy the colours of the sunset. Back on board, an aperitif is served with nice background music. The small buffet consists of various snacks with local products and of course Prosecco.

Experience a wonderful sailing trip in the beautiful area of the Ligurian coast from Sanremo. Travel with the wind across the Mediterranean Sea in Italy, enjoy the atmosphere under a gentle breeze on the water and the panorama of the flower city on the Riviera di Ponente. 2 options are available in this offer. You can choose between a 7-hour day trip or a 3-hour boat trip into the sunset, which is particularly attractive in this western part of Liguria. It is not for nothing that the coast is called Riviera di Ponente, which freely translated means where the sun sets. They combine the spectacle of nature with fascinating water sports. Sailing in Liguria is a relaxing and at the same time enjoyable holiday experience.

The sailing boat can accommodate a maximum of 14 people (including skipper). So you travel in a small group. The day trip takes you from Sanremo along the Ligurian coast to Menton on the French side. Experience the intensive experience of relaxed travel with the wind while sailing. The sailing area of Liguria scores with its mild climate, more than 300 hours of sunshine and gentle breezes, which even in summer make it possible to get away under sail. The long sandy beaches and the many small bays on the shoreline are an argument for a holiday in Liguria and companion on your boat trip. During the sailing trip you can jump directly from the boat into the crystal clear water or start with the UP paddle and explore a part of the Mediterranean Sea around the anchorage. And while you enjoy your holiday in Liguria on board or in the water, the crew will prepare your lunch from fresh, regional products. The tour ends in the afternoon in the harbour of Sanremo.

The spa town is also the starting point of the sunset tour, which starts in the early evening and takes you to one of the best places to experience the spectacle of the sunset over the sea.
