Option 1: Sailing tour from Heraklion to Dia Island - full day

Look forward to a day trip aboard a wonderful sailing yacht, sailing from Heraklion to the beautiful bays of Dia Island to spend the day swimming, snorkelling and relaxing. Our skipper will show you onto the sailboat at the meeting point in Heraklion and welcome you with a drink. The boat trip from Heraklion to Dia Island takes up to an hour, depending on the weather, which we keep entertaining with sailing tips and stories about Dia. When we reach Saint George's bay, we drop anchor and there is plenty of time to explore this magical setting. Around 13:00 we will serve lunch on board. In the afternoon we change anchorage and visit the outstandingly beautiful bay of Panagia.

Option 2: Sailing tour from Heraklion to Dia Island - half day

The half-day sailing tour also leads from Heraklion to the bays of Dia Island. We start once in the morning and once in the afternoon with the sailing yacht. After the approximately 1-hour trip, we will drop anchor in St. George's Bay and take time for swimming, snorkelling (equipment included) and sunbathing. The crew will serve snacks, fruits, drinks as well as lunch along the way. You also have the option of taking our dinghy to the beach in the bay. If you book the sailing trip in the afternoon, depending on the season, there is a chance to catch the sunset on the way back to Heraklion.

With or without wind assistance, this sailing tour from Heraklion to Dia Island is an unforgettable experience for families, couples and friends. On board a comfortable 44-foot yacht, we cruise off the north coast of Crete and anchor in the beautiful bays of Dia Island. The sailboat trip is designed to enjoy the sea and time out or in the water. Dia Island is located about 7 miles north of Crete, a small uninhabited island with turquoise waters in tranquil coves. It is a pleasant setting to spend a few hours snorkelling or swimming, or to go ashore by dinghy. The friendly crew with skipper and assistant ensure a pleasant atmosphere on board.

On the sailing tour from Heraklion, snacks, drinks and a meal on board are included. All you need to bring is your swimsuit and a towel. During the boat trip you can learn more about sailing (we sail depending on the wind conditions) or listen to the mystical stories about Zeus Island.
