Romantic sunset in a sailboat: cruise on the Tagus in Lisbon

In historic Portugal, the Tagus flows along its winding path through the breathtaking Atlantic mountain scenery of this country, through stony and sandy valleys past green hills, picturesque mountain villages and cosy towns. After a long, wide bend around the old town of Lisbon, it flows into the Atlantic waves. This famous river appears in many traditional lyrical works and still serves as a lifeline for many villages. It is the longest river in Portugal, although only its last quarter is within the country's borders.

On this cruise on the Tagus with a sailing ship, you will experience the Portuguese capital in the colours of the sunset, reflected in the Tejo with the city's lights and a fantastic play of light and shadow on the big screen of nature. This sailboat tour starts at the northern side of Lisbon (Marina Parque das Nações) and goes under the 25th of April Bridge (Acantar district). Experience the bustling city with its multifaceted architectural styles from many centuries of history and different cultures from the perspective of the river in the dwindling orange sunlight.
