During this tandem paragliding on Tenerife - also called paragliding - you will feel free like a bird. On the side of an experienced guide you will fly over breathtaking landscapes of the Canary Island and see Tenerife from a unique perspective. The island is a hotspot for paragliders, with a variety of launch sites. You have the choice between different departure altitudes and flight routes. For all options applies:

Option 1: Tandem Paragliding La Corona - Playa de Socorro (Los Realejos)

Start from the lookout point of La Corona (800 m). You fly over the slopes of Tigaiga and Los Realejos to the coast with landing in Playa de Socorro. The highlights are the aerial photographs of laurel forest, the slopes of Tigaiga, as well as the surface of the Rambla de Castro and the entire northern coast.

Option 2: Tandem Paragliding Taganana

Start is in the slopes of the village Taganana (400 m). With overflight over the valley Taganana, the gorge Afur and Roques de Anaga with landing at Playa de Almaciga. Highlights include the air perspectives Taganana valley, Afur, Roque de las Animas, a district of Las Palmas and the Roques de Anaga.

Option 3: Tandem Paragliding National Park Teide - Puerto de la Cruz

You'll start the paragliding in Tenerife at national park Teide at about 2200 metres of altitude. You fly in northern direction over the beautiful Teide national park and La Orotava until Puerto de la Cruz. You will fly over a beach with black sand and banana fields!

Option 4: Tandem Paragliding National Park Teide - Puertito de Gueimar

The paragliding flight starts at national park Teide at about 2200 metres of altitude. Fly over the mountains and green hills of Teide national park in eastern direction until you reach Puertito de Güimar, the bay that's famous for it's high occurrence of water turtles, where you will land directly at the beach in soft sand.

Option 5: Tandem Paragliding Ifonche - Plaza de Enramada

Start the paragliding from Ifonche at approx. 1000 metres of altitude and fly over the famous devil's gorge. You will continue to fly over Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje, where you'll be landing at the beach of La Caleta.

Explore the most beautiful natural areas of the island of Tenerife during paragliding

A breathtaking experience, the views of the landscape and nature are unforgettable. Everyone between the age of 11 and 70 years and with a body weight between 35-120 kg can fly. You do not have to be in a special physical condition to be able to do tandem paragliding. You can fly with your family / partner / friends at the same time. Up to 8 tandem flights are performed at the same time. You can take your camera, but you don't have to, because you get 10 pictures of your flight provided for free.

Paragliding on Tenerife is a unique experience. Volcanic landscapes, the Teide National Park and year-round flying weather make the island a hotspot for paragliders of all levels. From above, the island is a marvel that opens up so many new perspectives and guarantees you an adventure in a class of your own. No matter where you start, the wealth of the island will spread among you.
