Cliffs of Los Gigantes

Booking option: Boat trip with the pirate ship to Los Gigantes

The excursion begins in Puerto Colón in search of pilot whales. Once spotted, these mammals can be observed in their natural environment for up to 30 minutes. After the observation time, the pirate ship sails to the cliffs of Los Gigantes and we anchor in one of the bays for a refreshing swim and lunch. After anchoring, the boat returns to the harbour of departure and sails along the coast to observe the southwest coast of the island of Tenerife. During the trip, there is a high probability of observing different species of dolphins, such as bottlenose dolphins, common dolphins and spotted dolphins.

whale watching n dolphins galore - pirate style!

Alright listen up! This trip was bloody brilliant! 5 hours of sea, sun, and swimming with a pirate vibe! Saw whales, dolphins, and those Los Gigantes cliffs - stunning! Food was alright, drinks were flowing. Perfect for solo adventurers like me. Just remember your sunblock or you'll roast like I did! Cheers!

On the pirate ship: a beautiful day with dolphins and whales on Tenerife

I had the pleasure of experiencing the 5-hour boat tour along the coast of Los Gigantes and it was a thoroughly rewarding experience. The departure was on time from Puerto Colón and the crew was very accommodating. Observing the whales and dolphins in their natural environment was fascinating. The majestic cliffs of Los Gigantes are impressive and the swimming stop in the bay of Masca provided a welcome refreshment. Lunch on board was satisfying, if not outstanding. It was also nice that drinks were included. I recommend bringing sun cream and sunglasses as the sun can be strong. The tour is well organised and offers a good mix of relaxation and adventure.

Auf dem Piratenschiff: Ein schöner Tag mit Delfinen und Walen auf Teneriffa

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, die 5-stündige Bootstour an der Küste von Los Gigantes zu erleben, und es war ein durchaus bereicherndes Erlebnis. Die Abfahrt erfolgte pünktlich von Puerto Colón, und die Crew war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Beobachtung der Wale und Delfine in ihrer natürlichen Umgebung war faszinierend. Die majestätischen Klippen von Los Gigantes sind beeindruckend und der Schwimmstopp in der Bucht von Masca bot eine willkommene Erfrischung. Das Mittagessen an Bord war zufriedenstellend, wenn auch nicht herausragend. Es war auch schön, dass Getränke inklusive waren. Ich empfehle, Sonnencreme und Sonnenbrille mitzubringen, da die Sonne stark sein kann. Die Tour ist gut organisiert und bietet eine gelungene Mischung aus Entspannung und Abenteuer.
