It is not a „goodbye“, but a "See you soon" because the star chef Gerhard Schwaiger has opened a
new restaurant in Palma.

We thank all our guests for their faith and 29 years of beautiful memories. We are proud
of what has been achieved and look forward to you in a new atmosphere in the heart of Palma.

Fabulous Food and atmosphere exceeded our expectations!

Very nice evening at Tristan in Mallorca. The atmosphere in the restaurant was super nice and the food simply outstanding. We already had much of the "best restaurant on the island" but part of the evening exceeded our expectations. The menu was excellent! Very delicious and served interesting. The view in the evening over the beleuchtetetn port is distinctive and gives the whole a special touch. Very happy again, and ticket book ahead and reserve table of Sunbonoo worth it! thank you

Fabelhaft: Essen und Atmosphäre haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen!

Sehr schöner Abend im Tristan auf Mallorca. Die Atmospäre im Restaurant was super schön und das Essen einfach überragend. Wir hatten ja schon viel von dem "besten Restaurant der Insel" gehört aber der Abend hat unser Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Das Menü war exzellent! Sehr köstliche und interessant angerichtet. Der Ausblick am Abend über den beleuchtetetn Hafen ist unverwechselbar und gibt dem Ganzen die besondere Note. Sehr gerne noch einmal, und Ticket vorher buchen und Tisch von Sunbonoo reservieren lassen lohnt sich! Danke
