After 29 years as the heart and soul of Tristan, the star chef Gerhard Schwaiger opened the doors to his very own restaurant. He is accompanied by wine expert Christina Perez and Johannes Jobst taking the role of chef de cuisine, Gerhard Schwaiger started his very own venture. Also accompanied by the owner of the Xino's - Pedro Mesquida. With Mediterranean cuisine, original Mallorquín products and a creative international flair, this dining space will win you over in seconds. 

A marvellously memorable evening on a terrace overlooking the fabulous Tramuntana Mountains in Mallorca.

 The wine list includes Majorcan and international wines.

  • Tuesday to Saturday from 1pm to 3.30pm + 7.30pm to 10.30pm 
  • Closed on Sundays

Super location with plenty of parking outside the door ...

Original and excellent food. We enjoyed the evening very much and loved by all gears. For people who appreciate fine dining in a businesslike atmosphere. A big compliment to the kitchen!

Is this an "all you can drink" offer?
We are assuming a "fair use" and are planning with approximately one bottle of red or white wine per person plus water and coffee. All drinks after the coffee service will be charged as priced on the menu. Digestives, cocktails and other liquores are not included in this offer and will be charged separately.
