This three-hour excursion starts with a twenty-minute turtle expedition in Laganas Bay. There you can take photos of this unique species of sea turtles "Caretta-Caretta". Our next destination is the turtle island "Marathonisi", where we stay for about ten minutes to take photos. Later in the trip we visit the Keri Caves. You will be impressed by the beauty of the caves, so prepare your cameras to capture the splendour of this landscape. And last but not least, we reach the beach of Myzithres.
You could say that Myzithres is one of the most beautiful and breathtaking sights of Zante. Myzithres are two conical rocks below the Keri lighthouse. The name of the place comes from the cheese "Myzithra", which is produced on Zante. On this trip you can visit the literally new beach of Myzithres and be enchanted by its crystal clear waters. This beach was created by a strong earthquake in 2018, which caused a landslide. We stay at Myzithres beach for about an hour so you can swim in the beautiful blue water and enjoy the wonderful scenery. At the end of the excursion, we will bring you back to the port of Agios Sostis full of memories and new experiences!

Boat tour from Agios Sostis through Turtle Bay & to Mizithres Beach
There is no doubt that Myzithres is one of the most beautiful and breathtaking sights of Zante. The secluded headland with its two conical rocks jutting out of the water like pyramids is absolutely impressive. On this trip you can visit the literally new beach of Myzithres and swim in its bright blue waters. This beach was only created by a strong earthquake in 2018, which caused a landslide.
The three-hour boat trip begins with a twenty-minute turtle ride in Laganas Bay. There, with a bit of luck, you can take photos of the unique sea turtle "Caretta-Caretta". Only three species are still native to the Mediterranean, the hawksbill turtle is one of them. The marine park in the south of the island was protected primarily to protect them. Turtle watching on Zakynthos follows rules and should be as gentle as possible.
Of course, a boat trip on Zakynthos is not complete without visiting the turtle island of Maratonisi. Therefore, we will make a stop there for about 20 minutes to take photos and admire the small islet. The real highlight of this excursion, however, is Mizithres. A beach that has only existed for a few years and is almost beguiling with its incredible colours. Our stay here will last a good 1 hour - so we have enough time to swim in the beautiful blue water and enjoy the magnificent landscape.

The 3 hours on the boat were fantastic! The turtles in Laganas Bay were a highlight and the photos on Marathonisi are amazing. Myzithres Beach was just stunning with the clear water. I would have liked more time there, but it was still a great tour. Make sure you pack your camera!Mega Tour!

The Mizithres Beach Boat Tour was a lovely excursion. The trip began with a short turtle expedition in Laganas Bay, which was a small highlight in itself. Seeing the Caretta-Caretta turtles up close was impressive. We then made a photo stop on the turtle island of Marathonisi. A short time later, we reached the breathtaking Keri Caves. The highlight of the tour, however, was the visit to Myzithres Beach. The place is really something special with its crystal clear blue waters and impressive rocks. Here you could relax and swim for an hour. All in all, a great excursion with lots of photo opportunities. Die Mizithres Beach Boat Tour war ein schöner Ausflug. Die Fahrt begann mit einer kurzen Schildkrötenexpedition in der Laganas Bucht, was schon ein kleines Highlight war. Die Caretta-Caretta Schildkröten aus der Nähe zu sehen, war beeindruckend. Danach gab es einen Fotostopp auf der Schildkröteninsel Marathonisi. Kurze Zeit später erreichten wir die atemberaubenden Keri-Höhlen. Der Höhepunkt der Tour war jedoch der Besuch von Myzithres Beach. Der Ort ist wirklich etwas Besonderes mit seinen kristallklaren, blauen Gewässern und eindrucksvollen Felsen. Hier konnte man eine Stunde entspannen und schwimmen. Insgesamt ein toller Ausflug mit vielen Fotomöglichkeiten. It was incredible to see the majestic Caretta-Caretta turtles in their natural habitat. An absolute highlight! We then made a short stop at the turtle island of Marathonisi, the perfect opportunity for some unforgettable photos. The Keri Caves were also spectacular. The rock formations and clear water there are really impressive. The highlight of the day, however, was the stop at Mizithres Beach. The landscape with the imposing conical rocks and the crystal-clear water is simply breathtaking. We had enough time to swim in the sea and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Meine Freundin und ich hatten eine fantastische Zeit auf der Mizithres Beach Bootstour! Der Ausflug begann mit einer aufregenden 20-minütigen Schildkrötenfahrt in der Laganas Bucht. Es war unglaublich, die majestätischen Caretta-Caretta Schildkröten in ihrem natürlichen Lebensraum zu sehen. Ein absolutes Highlight! Anschließend machten wir einen kurzen Halt auf der Schildkröteninsel Marathonisi, die perfekte Gelegenheit für ein paar unvergessliche Fotos.Die Keri Caves waren ebenfalls spektakulär. Die Felsformationen und das klare Wasser dort sind wirklich beeindruckend. Der Höhepunkt des Tages war jedoch der Stopp am Mizithres Strand. Die Landschaft mit den imposanten konischen Felsen und dem kristallklaren Wasser ist einfach atemberaubend. Wir hatten genug Zeit, um im Meer zu schwimmen und die friedliche Umgebung zu genießen.
