The Lima is known for its crystal clear water and the wonderful landscape along its course. White water rafting is possible from October to June. You will be briefed after the welcome and will learn how to sit on the boat and how to handle the paddle as you cross the rapids. The guide will then take you on a fast-paced river trip from Cevoli to Bagni di Lucca or Chifenti, depending on the length you prefer. The media route is about 6 km long and lasts about 2 hours, the long variant measures 8 km and lasts 3 hours. A photo service is included with this tour. The rafting base, which you reach after departure, offers changing rooms, a hot shower, a bar and a restaurant service.

Rafting in Tuscany - Adventure on the wild waters of Torrente Lima

Unusual, action-packed and unforgettable - this is white water rafting on the Torrente Lima in Tuscany. The mountain river meanders for more than 40 kilometres from the mountains through a charming landscape to Bagni di Lucca. Past wooded slopes, rocks and pebble beaches. The rapids that make the river so interesting for rafting adventure are followed by quiet sections where you can take a deep breath and gather for the next exciting stage. White water rafting is possible on this section of the river between October and June. The temperatures are pleasant even during the winter and the water is dreamlike clear. Previous knowledge is not required for whitewater rafting in Tuscany. Before the start you will be familiarized with the basics of the popular water sport.
