Only 25 nautical miles north of Rhodes you will find Marmaris, one of the most beautiful coastal resorts in southern Turkey. The crossing from Rhodes town to Marmaris takes about 1 hour by speedboat. You are taken directly from the hotel (pick-up from the north of Rhodes) to the harbour and board the boat to Marmaris. Once in the fishing village, you will enjoy a stay of several hours. You can join a harbour bus tour with shopping of around 1 hour (included) or explore the town on your own. In the afternoon we return by boat to Rhodes Town. Please note that the port tax for entering Turkey is not included (payable locally).

Only 25 sea miles north of Rhodes Town, Marmaris is one of the most charming resorts on the Turkish south coast. So why not take a short trip to the other continent during your Rhodes vacation and be inspired by the oriental flair of the old port city? The boat trip from Rhodes to Marmaris takes just 1 hour, a visa is not required for day visitors. The excursion is organized all around, you don't have to worry about anything. You will be picked up from your hotel in the north of Rhodes in the morning and board the speedboat to Marmaris at the tourist port. Once there, an escort will assist with passport control (please be patient). Then you can decide how to organize the Marmaris day trip

You may choose to join a guided bus tour that includes a harbor cruise, panoramic views from the hill overlooking the city, and shopping at a jewelry center, or enjoy the city's lively markets on your own - and, don't forget to bargain. Spices, carpets, Turkish handicrafts or leatherwork are absolutely typical for the region. Gold jewelry is also offered at many stalls. Use the stay of several hours also for sightseeing, visiting a medieval castle or a walk through the protected bay of Marmaris with a beach promenade of about 11 kilometers. In the charming old town, half-timbered houses are grouped around a fort worth seeing, and there is also much else to see and discover in the narrow streets. Towards the sea, the town, which is popular with tourists, is becoming increasingly modern, with numerous cafés, stores and bars lining up in the lively harbor area

In the afternoon we reunite at the port and board the speedboat from Marmaris to Rhodes Town. On the Greek side you will be picked up by our guide and taken back to the hotel. Two countries and two continents in one day - the well organized excursion from Rhodes to Marmaris makes it possible!
