Sightseeing tour at Costa Brava
By bus, you'll discover the charming Costa Brava and stop at steep cliffs with wonderful views and historical villages.
Booking option: Costa Brava: full-day tour from Barcelona
On this full-day tour we will visit the coast of Girona, which was called the Costa Brava 100 years ago. The name is due to the unique rocky, rugged and polished coastline made up of small coves surrounded by pine forests and lapped by crystal clear waters. We leave Barcelona and reach the small fishing village of Calella de Palafrugell via the motorway. We will have free time to explore the village, enjoy the scenery and, of course, take some great photos. Afterwards, we will take a walk along the "Camino de Ronda", which will take us to the neighbouring town of Llafranc. An elegant coastal town. Here you will have time for lunch and can sample the typical fisherman's cuisine of the area.
Our next destination is Begur, a town with elegant manor houses below an old castle, known for its "Indian houses". Indians" were the inhabitants of the town who emigrated to America in the 18th century, became rich there and returned after their retirement to build these elegant mansions. Peratallada and Pals, considered the best-preserved medieval towns in Catalonia, are our next stops. Peratallada, declared a Historic-Artistic Monument and Cultural Asset of National Interest, is one of the most outstanding examples of medieval architecture in the country. Its special location on a rocky outcrop and the spectacular moat that surrounds the town will impress you. Our final destination is also located on a hill: Pals, built entirely within a medieval complex.

Full-day tour from Barcelona along the Costa Brava
The tour of the Costa Brava starts at the North Bus Station in Barcelona and the first stop is the fishing village of Calella de Palafrugell. It is characterised by its traditional flair and shallow bathing bays. Here you will have plenty of time to let your gaze wander over the whitewashed houses. This is followed by a half-hour walk to the neighbouring village of Llafranc. These circular paths are called Caminos de Ronda. Here you always have a view of the sea and walk through enchanted pine groves past hidden cliffs. A view that can only be admired on foot.
Our last stop is Pals, an inland village situated on a hill. The village is almost completely integrated into an impressive medieval complex. The village is crowned by a cylindrical tower from the 12th century, visible from afar, which offers us a large terrace with unbeatable panoramic views of the Costa Brava and its surroundings. A stroll through the cobbled streets of the town centre takes us back in time, with semicircular arches, façades with pointed arch windows and stone balconies, all in the same style.

Customer Reviews Sightseeing tour at Costa Brava
The most beautiful villages in the world
Conquer the Costa Brava from a completely different perspective. A journey into the Middle Ages. Although all the places visited were breathtaking, Pals was the absolute highlight. This is the most beautiful village I have ever been to. A very nice tour that shows us that Barcelona and its surroundings are not just sun and beach. It was a recommendation of the team, I can only thank them very much.
Our customers' questions
