Detailed description

Hiring a boat without a licence in Minorca

As soon as you arrive in Cala Torret, you have reached one of Menorca's most beautiful spots. This small coastal place in the south-east of the island is one of the most hidden and underexplored spots in the Balearic Islands - and lucky for you. Cala Torret is synonymous with tranquillity and nature, and not just on land. If you want to get away from it all for a day and just see the water, hire a motorboat from Binibeca and cruise the beautiful coastline. With the licence-free boat, you can enjoy your own boat trip in Menorca up to 2 miles from the coast. Up to 4 people can travel on the small 15hp motorboat.

The team at the base will tell you the best route to take to see as much as possible or to find some of the best anchorages. They will also give you a short briefing on how to handle the licence-free motorboat. The nautical equipment for the trip is on board, as well as a cool box and an awning to protect you from the sun on the water. We strongly recommend that you take snorkelling equipment with you when you hire a boat in Menorca and drop anchor in one of the coves. Especially the south-east coast, with its marine reserve, is a dream spot for underwater sports.
