Speedboat trip in Menorca from Maó at full throttle along the southeast coast

The Minorca speed boat tour starts either in the port of Mahón / Maó in Cala Llonga or you can be picked up comfortably at your accommodation (possible for an extra charge). If you choose the evening boat trip, you can enjoy the special flair during dusk and sunset. At the beginning you drive through the almost 6 km long fjord-like bay, which leads out of the harbour into the open sea. There are several small islands that you will pass, including the small Isla del Rey, where there is an old military hospital and a basilica. You will pass the cute fishing port of Cales Fonts, which legend has it that Ulysses and the pirate Barbarossa headed for. Before the speedboat leaves the long harbour basin of Mahón, you will see the small island of Lazareto and Fortaleza de la Mola, an imposing fortress near the cliffs.
