Option 1: Stand-Up Paddle SUP on Crete

Get to know the old Polynesian way of locomotion during the SUP course in Crete. With a good sense of balance and some practice you will be able to stand on the board and make your first paddle strokes. The friendly instructor will always be at your side and will give you useful advice and support. This way of standing on the water is mentally very relaxing, but physically not to be underestimated. Once you get the hang of it, however, you will feel great!

Option 2: SUP Tour on Crete with Yoga/Pilates

Learn the highest body control in this SUP course on Crete. You will combine the body tension exercises of Yoga and Pilates with the challenge of maintaining balance on a floating SUP board. Here too, the professional instructors are on hand with advice and support so that you can concentrate fully on your centre and master these exercises.

SUP courses on Crete in Kokkini Hani (near Heraklion) - even with Yoga & Pilates

On holiday in Crete you will find a wide range of activities. Many of them are naturally connected to the water because of the wonderfully warm Mediterranean Sea. So you can also get your money's worth here as a water rat. Experience SUP courses on Crete with a team of professional instructors who will show you how to handle the boards in no time. This way you can achieve quick success and soon you will be able to jump independently on the waves and water. Also the ambience in front of the fantastic coastline invites you to relax.

SUP, or Stand-Up-Paddle, is an old Polynesian way of locomotion where balance is very important. You stand on the swimming board and row forward with a paddle. At least that's the plan how to get there, the course for SUP beginners teaches you. The second SUP course on Crete combines the body tension exercises Yoga and Pilates with the challenge of keeping your balance on the floating SUP board. Here you will master true body control while concentrating on your main focus.

You can also relax completely during the entire activity. The professional instructors are also trained first aiders and lifeguards. Even if you are not so stable on the boards, the instructors will not let you down. Insurance, rescue and the continuous supervision by the instructor are included in the price, as well as a bottle of water. Pick ups from the closer regions can be booked free of charge, from more distant regions you will be picked up for the SUP courses on Crete for a small extra charge.

Option 2 - Definitely recommended

The combination of yoga / pilates and SUP made me curious. The course has brought me a lot. The only negative point: 90 minutes are too short ...

Course 1 - good for beginners

I had never practiced stand up paddling before. This course showed me the necessary tricks and tips for beginners.

My vacation started ...

I had landed the night before. After almost 3 years without vacation and a lot of stress. When I lay on the board the next day and did the first yoga exercises, it was the moment when my vacation really started.
