SUP on Lanzarote is a lot of fun and just the right thing for everyone who wants some water sports on Lanzarote and wants to see the beach from a different perspective. There are two options to choose from: a beginners course or a SUP trip along the coast. The following applies to both options:

Option 1: Stand Up Paddling beginner course on Lanzarote

In this 1.5-hour beginner course on Lanzarote you will learn the basics of Stand Up Paddling. This includes paddling techniques, the correct foot position on the board, balance exercises as well as turning and turning with the board. You always have an experienced instructor at your side and the beaches of Playa Blanca in front of your eyes. The complete equipment will be provided.

Option 2: Stand Up Paddling Trip in Lanzarote

For those who already have more experience on the SUP, a 1.5-hour tour along Playa Blanca is offered. A professional guide will accompany you on the coastal tour, past promenades and the beautiful beaches of this stretch of coast. The equipment is included.

Option 3: Stand Up Paddling on Lanzarote & Snorkeling Playa Blanca

If you want to combine two experiences, we recommend the SUP tour with snorkeling time on the coast of Playa Blanca. We will first paddle along the beach on the SUP boards and then find a good place to snorkel. The equipment will be provided. Underwater you will be able to see the richness of the marine life of Lanzarote.

Moreover, the water sports activity is suitable for all age groups, easy to learn and practically possible everywhere.

At Playa Blanca on Lanzarote, the conditions are ideal for learning stand up paddling or joining a group excursion. Those who already have experience with board and paddle navigation can enjoy the view of the many beaches of this coastal section in the south and the other perspectives of the holiday island Lanzarote on a 1.5-hour tour. A professional guide is on hand during the SUP excursion to show you some of the most beautiful corners. The equipment is included in both SUP offers. This includes the board and the paddle, a life jacket and, if required, a wetsuit.

The training starts directly on the beach for all those who still want to learn standing paddling. The school has stable boards that make it easier for beginners to keep their balance on the water. You will also learn the basics of Stand Up Paddling in the 1.5-hour course. This includes positioning on the board in particular. Paddling techniques are also taught and turning and turning on the water is practiced. Those who have completed the beginner's course can also join the water hike on the board. Previous knowledge is not required for the beginner course.

How to walk on water.

Standing paddling is definitely a strange new feeling. As a beginner, I had the problem of understanding the trainer well with my school English.
