We will meet at the parking lot above the canyon, where you will receive all the equipment and a brief description about the upcoming adventure. The tour begins with a 15-minute walk following a path between the mountains. From this high position we can learn about the geology of Gran Canaria and its history. Then we will reach the bottom of the canyon where the water flows daily. For this canyoning tour no previous experience is necessary, just some courage and a normal fitness. Especially in the first part of this route we will be able to slide over the rocks again and again. After that the first rappelling spots will follow. In each part of the canyon you will learn and try different techniques. At the end we will return to the starting point along an old path with breathtaking views and caves. The total distance is about 4 kilometers, the maximum abseiling is 14 meters.
