Detailed description

Learn to Surf in Fuerteventura

1 day beginners course:

You will be introduced to and take part in a warm-up program. During the introduction you are waist deep in the water and learn more about safety on beaches, the design of the surfboard and the wave theory. First exercises will be demonstrated in the water and you will try it yourself to get a feel for the correct position and the surf board, then you'll learn paddling and standing up. For your safety, possible questions and feedback you have a professional surf guide at your side at all times.


3 days beginners course:

This course begins as described above, then focuses on the standing up and the right balance on the surfboard. The predominant objective of this course is to learn in three days the correct posture and to ride a wave to the beach. Instructions on safety, equipment, design of a surfboard and of course the refinement of the technique will be deepened.

 
5 days beginners course:

You learn the same as described above, additionally the focus will be on the correct posture and foot position to ride a wave fully in this course. Likewise, you will learn the preparation of turns during surfing.

Conditions

Valid on the reserved day or for 12 months after date of purchase if no date has been selected. You will receive the tour operator's details with the purchased ticket. Great for bonding

I wanted to join a surfing club, but I didn’t want to show myself up in front of people I don’t know back home. I made a deal with my girlfriend that we’d find a surfing course on our summer holiday and we did that. We did the 3-day course and had the time of our lives. It helped us bond and it gave me the confidence to finally join the club.

Perfect for beginners

I fancied doing a spot of surfing on holiday and I didn’t have the foggiest about how to surf. I picked a 1-day course and I learnt how to mount and stay up – that was my goal, so I achieved it and with flying colours.

Actually, surfing did not interest me, but it was a gift and I did not want to turn it down. Fortunately, because it was really fun ;-) I can only recommend the course for beginners, the staff is very nice and professional!

Eigentlich interessierte mich das Surfen nicht, aber es war ein Geschenk und ich wollte es nicht ablehnen. zum Glück, denn es hat richtig Spaß gemacht ;-) Den Kurs für Beginner kann ich nur empfehlen, das Personal ist sehr nett und professionell!
