Tenerife quad bike tour to Teide or through the countryside

The quad bike tours take place in small groups and 2 guides – this makes riding a quad bike in Tenerife fun! Choose between a tour up to the Teide National Park and an exciting off road adventure tour on dirt tracks. Both excursions foresee some breaks so you have time to admire the landscape of the island and take pictures. In addition, depending on the season, during the 3:00 PM Tour to the Teide you might have the possibility to enjoy the spectacular sunset over La Gomera. Up to 2 people can ride on a quad bike. Following services are included:

Option 1: Teneriffa Quad bike tour "Teide National Park"

The Teide quad bike tour starts in Arona and takes you along winding roads up to Escalona and Vilaflor, the highest village in Spain. You'll enjoy the ride on these roads! You can admire the fantastic views from up there. The quad bike tour then continues to Teide National Park through the pine forest towards Boca del Taucho. You will be amazed by the power of the quad bikes when you really start climbing! Once you stop at Teide’s base at an altitude of about 2,200 m, you can take in the unique all-round view over Tenerife while you take a short break. During the tour you will drive “off-road” on various trucks, that will make the whole trip more exciting and amusing. The afternoon excursion foresees an extra stop to admire the sunset over La Gomera before driving back to Arona.

This exciting excursion for adventure lovers, starts from Arona into the mountains towards Escalona. You will enter a wilder area with dirt paths, slops and climbs for maximum fun climbing up to Vilaflor and take in the amazing views of this beautiful area.. The Off-Road Quad bike Tour is recommended for lovers of rocks, vegetation, earth and dust. We ride will be 50% on paved roads and 50 % rural paths.

Guided Quad Tour in Tenerife to the Teide National Park and Vilaflor

A quad bike tour to Teide is a very original and adventurous way of discovering Tenerife. It creates lasting memories of your holiday and combines a highly-enjoyable ride with sightseeing on some of the most beautiful routes on the island. Get to know mountain roads and off-road trails, volcanic landscapes, pine forests and authentic locations. Climb and descend on all-terrain four-wheelers and visit Vilaflor, which is not just the highest village in Tenerife, but in the whole of Spain. The area around the volcano is perfect for quad biking on Tenerife. Numerous hills and rocks, tarmacked, winding roads, wild offroad tracks, the indescribable beauty of nature and dreamlike plateaus - there is so much to discover on the ride of almost 60 kilometres.

The Off-Road Tour also invites you to a quad bike adventure on Tenerife. Taking about 3 hours and covering 40 kilometres, you steer a quad bike over the island. Short after Arona you leave the normal road behind you and turn into the dirt paths uphill to the mountain village of Vilaflor. Take in views of the island landscape to the right and left of the path and learn more about the history of its origins, geological diversity and life on Tenerife. The quad bike excursions on Tenerife offer a high level of safety, both before and during the tour. Once you have been welcomed at the meeting point, anyone riding a quad bike receives a comprehensive briefing: starting, braking, going round bends.

The safety equipment is compulsory. The guides also take care of the safety of the group during the trip. It is compulsory to follow the instructions of the guides. No previous knowledge is required to start the quad bike tour. All you need as a driver is a valid driving license. Children from the age of 7 can also come along as passenger.

Valid on the reserved day or for 12 months after date of purchase if no date has been selected. You will receive the tour operator's details with the purchased ticket. Decent nosh

The Canarian treats were on point and we could have eaten more. We wish there had been more. Other than that, no complaints because we had fun and loved the food.

Loved the wine

The vineyard was incredible and the place where we got to taste some wine was amazing and super delicious. My other half was having a whale of a time on the quad. We both left with a smile on our face.

Quite well

The pickup worked smoothly and the driver was very friendly. Unfortunately it was not as described "50% on paved roads and 50% on country lanes." but more like 70% on paved roads and 30% rural tracks. It was nevertheless a very exciting experience as the surroundings of Tenerife are very impressive!

Ganz gut

Die Abholung hat reibungslos funktioniert und der Fahrer war sehr freundlich. Leider waren es nicht wie beschrieben "50 % auf asphaltierten Straßen und zu 50 % auf ländlichen Wegen." sondern eher 70% auf asphaltierten Straßen und 30% ländlichen Wegen. Es war trotzdessen ein sehr aufregendes Erlebnis, da die Umgebung Teneriffas sehr beeindruckend ist!
