Experience the animals in their natural environment in the Monkey Park in Tenerife!
The Monkey Park Tenerife is located in the south of the island, only about 10 drive minutes from Playa Las Americas. You can reach it easily by rental car or by taxi (about 5 - 10 € from Las Americas, Los Cristianos, Costa Adeje).
In the Monkey Park in Tenerife, you can both admire small and large species of monkeys, parrots, exotic birds and species of reptiles. In one area of the park, you can get in touch with these intelligent animals. Enjoy a few hours with the animals in the affectionately designed zoo with cactus garden. You will see no animal participating in any show - the only show that you will experience as a visitor is to observe the animals in their natural environment with maximum freedom of movement. You can find lots of interesting information about the monkeys, their habits, diet, evolutionary story and the current status of their natural environment in the Monkey Park in Tenerife.
Privately founded in 1991, the Monkey Park dedicated itself to the species-appropriate husbandry of the primates, who can live outside in the park all-year due to the perfect climate. The Monkey Park in Tenerife participates in programs which strive for the conservation of endangered animal species. Your visit helps them!
Conditions
Valid on the reserved day or for 12 months after date of purchase if no date has been selected. You will receive the tour operator's details with the purchased ticket. Beautifully maintained zoo
It was a lot of fun to walk through the park. Even as an adult without children.Unfortunately, nothing is described in German. Also, a small restaurant in the middle of the park would be great. You can find little things at the exit, but it is also very uncomfortable in contrast to the rest of the park. We would go there again at any time
Schöner gepflegter Tierpark
Es hat viel Spaß gemacht durch den Park zu gehen. Auch als Erwachsener ohne Kinder.Leider ist nichts auf Deutsch beschrieben. Außerdem wäre eine kleine Gaststronomie mitten im Park toll. Am Ausgang findet man Kleinigkeiten, aber es ist auch sehr ungemütlich im Gegensatz zum Rest des Parkes. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hingehen

A very small animal park but to my taste better than any of those large and more commercial that receive thousands of tourists every day and that overwhelm me. Here everything has felt a little more real, I have even been able to connect with nature. Un parquer animal muy pequeño pero a mi gusto mejor que cualquiera de esos grandes y mas comerciales que recibien diariamente a miles de turistas y que me agobian.Aqui se ha sentido todo un poco más real, incluso he podido conectar con la naturaleza.
