Option 1: Tickets Piramides de Guimar Park Tenerife

The Pirámides de Güimar Adventure Park has more than 64,000 square metres of exhibition space and various routes. Depending on how much time or interest you have for your visit, you can create your own discovery route. The basic rate includes a visit to the pyramids and the museum as well as access to the auditorium with a documentary in 6 languages, to the open-air grounds and to the sustainable garden.

Option 2: Entry + all exhibitions of Piramides de Guimar Park

The premium package includes a unique poison garden with more than 70 different plant species from all over the world and a fascinating exhibition on the settlement of Polynesia. The exhibition is about seafaring, the discovery of the Pacific Islands and the cultural development of the Easter Islands. The Pirámides de Güimar are open all year round and are an experience for children and adults.

Tenerife Piramides de Güimar Park - the island, its plants and its ethnology

The ethnopraphic park "Piràmides de Güímar" in Tenerife is a large open-air museum and botanical garden - founded by the Norwegian researcher Thor Heyerdahl. The Museo Casa Chacona and the Auditorium show research on the sun-facing pyramids and replicas of reed boats with which Heyerdahl crossed the seas. The six preserved pyramids are rectangular and terraced with lava stone. It is still unclear what significance the pyramids of Güímar have.

On a tour of the open-air grounds and the museum, visitors can find out about the state of research and some theories about the pyramids in the Canary Islands. The well-kept complex with its various areas is one of the top sights in the south of Tenerife. In a botanical garden of over 20,000 square metres you will find four outdoor routes with the themes: Botany, history and the volcanoes of the Canary Islands. With the basic ticket you have access to the museum, the auditorium, where a documentary is shown and more about the expeditions of the adventurer Heyerdahl can be seen and read. The sustainable garden dedicated to the flora characteristic of the Canary Islands is also included in this package.

If you buy a ticket of the option "exhibitions included", you can admire the exhibitions "Easter Island" about the cultural development in a hidden world and the poison garden in addition to the mentioned areas. More than 70 poisonous plants from all over the world have been collected for this botanical complex. It offers a fascinating insight into the botany and the effect of individual plants.

You can end your visit in the Pyramiden Park of Tenerife in the leisure area. Here you will find a café, a shop and a children's playground.
