Option 2: Winery Tour & Tasting Mallorca

For wine tasting in Mallorca, we take you to a traditional and eco-certified winery in the centre of the island - on the grounds of a historic finca dating back to 1626. Learn more about wine growing in Mallorca while walking through the vineyards and get to know some of the local grape varieties: Mantonegro, Fogoneu, Giró Ros, Escursach. The wine tours are each accompanied by a selection of tapas typical of the island. Choose from one of the following options:

Wine & Tapas Tasting 1

• Tasting of 5 wines with tapas (sobrassada, fuet salami and local cheese with pamboli.
• Visit to the winery and the bodega

Wine & Tapas Tasting 2

Here you have the peace and the opportunity to taste different wines and to talk to the winegrowers. On this private wine tour you will get to know Mallorca's oldest winery and learn first hand how Mallorcan wines are made. Enjoy the charming ambience of the property and the atmosphere in the centre of Mallorca. As guests of the VIP Finca Tour you can look into the holy wine cellar and the fermentation tanks. For the following wine tasting Mallorcan tapas will be served.

The second stop of the VIP Finca Wine Tour leads to a traditional finca with its own bodega (family owned for 6 generations). Here we have the opportunity to walk through the vineyards and see where the vines for the homemade wine grow. Cap Salines Blue Wine and three other wines typical of the region will be served at the wine tasting. You can decide in advance whether you want a tapas accompaniment or a main course with lamb, fish or chicken at this wine tasting. You will be accompanied on the VIP Finca Tour by a professional guide and wine connoisseur who will be happy to answer your questions.
