Who was not here, was not in Mallorca

A beautiful, but sometimes quite exhausting tour. We took them from Escorca to Sa Calobra (downhill) in early June with an experienced local guide. That was u. E. well invested money and is also in hindsight absolutely to be recommended, since there are really some places where you would otherwise have fiddled forever or where you probably would not have found the way. We (38, m and w) took about 4.5 hours to complete the session, except for a good one-hour break and are actually well-trained and well-conditioned, but we were grateful to have had the help of our great guide Joan Mas at critical points. Especially if you are relatively small like me (159 cm), you have a few places really problems to come down well. After one hour it started to rain slightly, which made the stones sometimes slippery and greasy. We have in the Canary Islands and Majorca already a few tours (mainly red and black from the red, including Masca on Tenerife and the Caldera on La Palma) behind us, always easy and everything without a group or guide, but still both clear , the recommendation to book a guide, it just gives you an extra sense of security, especially because there is zero cell phone reception in the gorge. Important: good and non-slip shoes, enough to drink (we needed 2.5 liters for a couple, but it was cloudy throughout), snacks in between and best of all, at least a three-way hike, in case something should happen. Our conclusion: over and over again with a guide. Whoever did not climb here was not in Mallorca.

Only connected to nature :)

A very demanding tour, the nice lady from sunbono had pointed out to me, she would have wandered this torrent several times and is always looking forward to this hiking route. Also we were looking forward to our first time very much, and not wrongly. These mighty rock walls are just impressive. It really goes over hill and dale, and athletic must be man! Our group was very helpful and very entertaining. After about 6 hours we were through the entire torrent and back with all humanity at the sea. My tip, always with a guide. Man can lose himself very much.
